Save the date for our cat adoption extravaganza of the year!

Seattle Humane's 10th annual Catapalooza is Aug. 8-9. We'll celebrate all things cat with exclusive adoption discounts, activities for the whole family, and a chance to win fun prizes at our shelter in Bellevue.

Love cats? Then you’ll love our presentations by local behaviorists and trainers who will teach you fun tricks like how to clicker-train your favorite feline. Ten local shelters and animal welfare organizations will be joining in on the fun so there will be hundreds of adoptable cats to choose from, and Seattle Humane is waiving the adoption fees for the first 25 kittens each day!

Get a Double Dose of Golfing Fun this August!

The generous folks at Delta Airlines have selected Seattle Humane as the beneficiary for the 2nd Annual Seattle Delta Golf Classic on August 14th! Held at the gorgeous Newcastle Country Club, China Creek Course, golfers will be treated to a day on the green with games (including a helicopter ball drop!) and great company, followed by a gourmet dinner and live auction including first class airfare, Seahawks items and more! Pete’s Golf Group of Bellevue is presenting the Best Friends Forever (BFF) Golf Tournament to benefit Seattle Humane on August 16th at the beautiful High Cedars Golf Club! For a registration fee of only $60 you get an 18-hole scramble (plus cart, range balls and box lunch), lots of fun on-course contests and a raffle of golf and pet items. Register now!

The BFF tournament welcomes individual golfers as well as pre-established foursomes. So grab your two-legged golfing BFFs or come ready to meet some new ones! Our MaxMobile will be on-site for adoptions at both tournaments!

 Love kittens and their adorable antics? Join our kitten foster team! We are in need of temporary foster care for kittens – from bottle-fed newborns to their frisky toddler equivalents. All you need is love, we’ll provide the rest!

Want to Help Pets in Need?

For the month of July, the Seattle Humane Pet Food Bank is teaming up with King County Safeway and Albertsons stores to encourage customers to donate food for pets supported by our Pet Project and Pet Food Bank programs. These seniors and people living with chronic illnesses rely on our support to keep their beloved pets in their homes. Look for Seattle Humane’s red barrels at your local store. You can also help by donating pet food through our Amazon.com Wish List.
