FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:August 13, 2012
The Seattle Humane Society's 7th annual cat and kitten adoption extravaganza was a success, placing 118 homeless, abandoned and surrendered cats into loving homes of their own! Seattle Humane thanks event sponsors Mud Bay, City Kitty and media sponsor KMPS 94.1 who broadcast the event live. Catapalooza brought together eight local adoption organizations and rescue groups for cat adoptions, prize drawings, children’s activities, and fun cat-related demonstrations and products.
A big thank you to members of the community who welcomed furry friends into their families this weekend.
