MISSION IMPAWSIBLE
MISSION IMPAWSIBLE is a collaboration between Over The Edge, Inc. and Seattle Humane to create a thrilling new fundraiser in 2018. Participants, known as "Stuntpeople" will reach out to their friends, family and co-workers to raise funds to reach the goal of $2,500. Each Stuntperson that achieves this goal will be given the chance to rappel 40 stories down a beatiful downtown Seattle skyscraper on July 22, 2018! A VIP Party at Seattle Humane will follow the day's exciting festivities!
About Seattle Humane
Seattle Humane's MISSION IMPAWSIBLE is a fundraising event that benefits the animals in our care. This brand new event for 2018 will help us to raise the necessary funds we need by getting a select group of thrillseekers together to fundraise to go "Over The Edge". The funds those "Stuntpeople" bring in help us to do everything from microchipping and necessary medical care to life-saver rescue transfers from areas being affected by disasters.
What Sets Seattle Humane Apart?
- We are an independent, nonprofit organization. We are not affiliated with city or county animal shelters or with any other humane society locally or nationally.
- We save more than 7,000 animals a year. With no time limits. We achieved a 99 percent Live Save Rate in FY 2016, one of the highest in the nation.
- 80 cents of every dollar donated benefits the animals. Your donation goes directly to the care of pets in need. 80% of our budget comes from donations. We receive no local, state or federal funding, but rather are fully funded by private donors.
